This petition is filed seeking to substitute S.Ravikumar as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner in the above writ petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
