ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 613 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.131761 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.

4. The petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) to the learned counsel for the contesting respondent(s), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment, the delay of 613 days in filing the above CRP.SR.No.131761 of 2025, stands condoned.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
