By this application, the plaintiff seeks to restrain the infringement of the plaintiff's copyright over the cinematograph film "Naanum Rowdy Dhaan" by broadcasting behind-the-scenes footages therefrom in the documentary "Nayanthara : Beyond the Fairy Tale".

2. It is common ground between the parties that the documentary has been exhibited since 18.11.2024. Without prejudice to the contentions raised in such interlocutory application, the plaintiff is ready and willing to proceed with the suit on merits. Therefore, O.A.No.958 of 2024 is closed without any order as to costs.
