ORDER

The petitioner seeks for police protection only to fence the property.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner company is the owner of the property, however, the respondents 5 to 13 is illegally trespassing and obstructing the petitioner to enter into the premises and attempted to damage the boundary pillars. Therefore, the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.1034

of 2024 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sholinganallur for a permanent injunction and I.A.No.3 of 2024 was filed seeking ad-interim injunction. Considering the Exs.P1 to P7 filed by the petitioner, the learned trial court found that the petitioner is in possession of the property and private respondents are trying to interfering with the possession granted ad-interim injunction restraining the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed an application under Order XXXIX Rule 2-A of CPC for violation of the orders before the Trial Court and counter has been filed. In the meanwhile, the petitioners were not even permitted to enter the property particularly for fencing the property. Hence, seeks for a police protection.

4. As the ad-interim injunction is already operating against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let the petitioner give a complaint before the respondent police and let the police enquire the same and accord necessary protection, if necesssary to enforce

the order of the Trial Court.
