ORDER
Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.137 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w and 22(b)(ii)(A) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that on 03.09.2024, at about 20.30 hours, the petitioner and other accused were found in illegal possession of 50 grams of Ganja by the respondent police. Hence, the case.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 4.
The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that the petitioner, along with other accused, was found in illegal possession of 50 grams of Ganja. He further submitted that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioner.

This is the second application and this Court earlier, taking
into consideration of the fact that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioner and he is an habitual offender, dismissed the earlier petition. Now there is no change in circumstances. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, and the nature of the allegation and the fact that the petitioner has three similar cases pending against him, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.
Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
