This Petition has been filed to order substituted service of notice to the first respondent to paper publication in the local daily newspaper, namely, Makkal Kural.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant is directed to effect substituted service on the first respondent by way of paper publication in any one of the most read Vernacular Daily in the locality on or before 27.12.2024 by mentioning the next date of hearing as 03.01.2025 and file affidavit of service before this Court on or before the next date of hearing.

4. For filing affidavit of service, post the matter on 03.01.2025.
