ORDER
Today, when the matter is listed under the caption "For Reporting Compliance", the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instruction submitted that, this is the third anticipatory bail application of the petitioners; that the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court in their earlier anticipatory bail applications in Crl.O.P.Nos.16219 of 2020 and 2588 of 2023, however, the petitioners had not complied with the conditions imposed on them, within the stipulated period. He further submitted that this Court, vide order dated 23.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.936 of 2025, directed the petitioners to comply with the conditions imposed on them by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2588 of 2023, however the petitioners have not complied with the same. 2.
In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the fact that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions imposed on them by this Court, is hereby recorded.
