This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 168 days in re-presenting the appeal papers vide CMA.SR.No.168495 of 2024 dated 23.04.2024 in the above appeal against MCOP.No.325 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal(Special District Judge), Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

4. Accordingly this Petition is ordered. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the main appeal for admission.
