This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 43 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 07.11.2024 made in C.O.S.No.52 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Though notice has been served, none appeared for the respondent.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. The Petition is ordered.
