Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the respondents, relating to the order of the first respondent in G.O.Ms.No.270, Municipal Administration and Water Supply dated 11.06.2004 and quash the same as arbitrary, illegal, ultravires and consequently direct the first respondent to maintain the status of the petitioner's Administration as a Town Panchayat.
