W.M.P.No.45653 of 2025 in W.P.No.33622 of 2025 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to implead the proposed respondents 4 to 9 as party to the above writ petition.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present petition.

3.Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the present petition is allowed.

4.Notice to the newly impleaded respondents 4 to 9, returnable by 17.12.2025. Private notice is also permitted.

5.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ petition and post the matter on 17.12.2025.
