This petition is filed to condone the delay of 345 days in re-presenting the above first appeal in A.S.SR.No.30841 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal suit, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
