ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 24.04.2024 in WP.No.10770 of 2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that order of this Court dated 24.04.2024 has been complied with and he also produced the xerox copy of encumbrance certificate. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the order of this Court has been complied.
