Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the respondents 4

to 6 for the human rights violations committed by them against the petitioner and her victim daughter.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the respondents 4 to 6 for the human rights violations committed by them against the petitioner and her daughter.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner, being a private individual, seeking a direction to initiate disciplinary action against certain Government officials. However, the petitioner does not have the locus standi to seek such a direction, since the respondents 1 to 3 herein to initiate appropriate disciplinary proceedings against the respondents 4 to 6, if they are committed any misconduct or irregularities.

4. In view of the above, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
