This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 138 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.9001/- in S.A.SR.No.98329 of 2024.

2. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 138 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.9001/- (Rupees nine thousand and one Only) in SA.SR.No.98329 of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2024 is condoned.
