This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2025 for regularize the petitioner's service from the date of his initial appointment dated 15.07.1984 and consequently direct the respondents to pay service and monetary benefits with all consequential benefits and arrears.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.09.2025 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
