ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent herein to complete the investigation in Crime No.1563 of 2020 registered upon the petitioner's complaint dated 08.10.2020 and to file final report before the competent court for trial of the offences against the accused.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and negative charge sheet is being ready for filing before the Magistrate concern.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law after the negative charge sheet is filed before the concerned Magistrate. 18.12.2024 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No ksa-2 2/4
