O R D E R

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail and suspend the order of detention passed by the 1st respondent herein in COLREV COLR/50802/2024/B1, dated 22.11.2024, pending the above Criminal Revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for respondents and perused the records. 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for petitioner that this Court had released the petitioner for offence under Section 4(1) (A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.303 of 2024, which is said to have been committed in breach of the bond executed and since the points raised by the petitioner requires consideration in the above revision, the impugned order of detention passed by the 1st respondent dated 22.11.2024 is suspended on the following conditions, till the disposal of the above Criminal Revision :

(i) The petitioner shall execute a bond each for a sum of

Rs.25,000/-, with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the 1st respondent/Revenue Officer cum Sub Collector, Ponneri, Thiruvallur District;

(ii) The petitioner and the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the first respondent may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass Book and mobile numbers to ensure their identity;
