ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble R.Subramanian J.) We do not see any necessity for granting leave to prefer this appeal. All that has been done by the Writ Court is to direct the Authorities to survey the land on the basis of an online application, that has been filed by the petitioner in the writ petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
2. It is contended that the petitioner had filed a suit for declaration and the same is pending.
3. The measurement of the land will not prejudice the petitioner's cause in the suit for declaration. Hence, we see no reason to grant leave.
