This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to direct the trial Court to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2022 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi, Tirupathur District, in the time bounded manner.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi, Tirupathur District is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.142 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
