ORDER

The Civil Revision petition is filed seeking a direction to Trial Court to dispose of the suit in OS.No.1 of 2024 within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit seeking declaration of title and injunction. He also sought for a declaration that sale deeds dated 05-09-1979 and 14-02-2020 were invalid. The suit was filed on 03-01-2024. 1/3

3. A perusal of the remarks submitted by the learned Trial Judge would indicate that the defendants were set ex-parte and then, application has been filed by them to set aside the ex-parte order and the same was allowed on 26.11.2024. Thereafter, the suit has been adjourned periodically for framing of issues from November 2022 to November 2025.

4. Taking into consideration the pleadings are already completed and the suit is in the stage of framing of issues for a quite long time, this court is inclined to direct the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

5. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
