This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent/the District Library Officer, Coimbatore to revoke the suspension order made in R.C.No.961/A1/2025 on the file of the District Library Officer, Coimbatore/1st respondent dated 15.04.2025 based on the representation dated 04.06.2025.

2. Mrs.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for R1 and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for R2.

3. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked by the 1st respondent in RC No.961/A1/2025 dated 13.10.2025 and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition and this writ petition has become infructuous. 2/4
