This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23872 of 2025 dated 29.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
