ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27875 of 2024 vide order dated 12.11.2024.

2. Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this court for a period of two days and the investigation in this case is pending.
3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27875 of 2024 vide order dated 12.11.2024, is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on the first Sunday of every English Calendar Month at 11.00 a.m., until further orders.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
