ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.22 of 2020 and file the final report within a stipulated period of time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and awaiting only for FSL Report.

3. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file the charge sheet soon after the receipt of FSL Report from the concerned Department.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
