Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr.George William Y and the learned Counsel for the respondent, Mr.R.Lokeshwaran. 1/4

2. The matter has been referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the learned Mediator has submitted a report, dated 03.03.2026, in which, it has been stated that the mediation is completed and agreement enclosed. Along with the report, a settlement agreement has also been filed.

3. The learned Counsels for the parties submit that this case may be disposed of by this Court finally with a direction to the parties to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement, dated 24.02.2026, which is also part of the record.

4. After considering the request made by the learned Counsels for the parties, this case is finally disposed of with a direction that the parties shall abide by the terms and conditions as laid down in the settlement agreement, dated 24.02.2026.
