A.No.372 of 2025 is filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to permit the plaintiffs to file revised proof affidavit in the above suit. A.No.374 of 2025 is filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to permit the plaintiffs to file the additional documents as mentioned in the Judge's summon in the above suit.

2. The notice sent to the 1st respondent was returned as unserved (deceased). Though the notice was served on the respondents 2 and 3, they have not chosen to appear before this Court. Hence the respondents 2 and 3 are called absent and set exparte.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, this Court is inclined to permit the applicants/plaintiffs to file revised proof affidavit and to mark the additional documents as mentioned in the Judge's summon, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. Accordingly, these two applications are allowed.

5. Post the matter, before the Additional Master-II for recording evidence on 26.03.2025.
