This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 623 days in paying the deficit Court fee in A.S.S.R.No.44464 of 2023.

2. Call for remarks from the learned III Additional District Judge, Puducherry regarding pendency of any E.P in O.S.No.130 of 2016.

3. The remarks of the learned III Additional District Judge, Puducherry shall reach this Court by return of e-mail on or before 27.01.2025.

4. For the present, the delay of 623 days in paying the deficit Court fee in A.S.S.R.No.44464 of 2023 is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Accordingly, this C.M.P is allowed.
