The petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner by appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. The petitioner is carrying on business in the name and style of M/s.Arohis Tex, Tiruppur and had business dealings with M/s.Sri Aravind Sivakumaran Mills. For the very same transaction, a case has been filed before the MSME Samadhaan, which is still pending.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the pendency of the said MSME proceedings, the complainant has been repeatedly approaching the police on the same issue, causing harassment.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that if the petitioner produce the documents as undertaken before the Police, the same would be considered.

5. Heard both sides.
