This petition has been filed to call for the records and set aside the order dated 26.08.2025, paragraph No.(b) made in Crl.M.P.No.7942 of 2025 in Crime No.40 of 2025 (On the file of the SCCIC, Cyber Crime Wing, Chennai) passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. The trial Court on 26.08.2025, while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Only) to the credit of the Crime No.40 of 2025 before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the above stated condition was not complied by the petitioner.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) and considering the nature of allegation involved in this case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
