This petition is filed to substitute the petitioners as legal heirs of the deceased writ petitioner Dhayanandan (deceased).

2.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this court is inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
