ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is pending in Crime No.01 of 2024. The offence involves forgery and fabrication of certificates, thereby the petitioner is wanted for the purpose of enquiry. As on date, the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused and he is needed for the purpose of enquiry. He also submits that the petitioner may be directed to co-operate for the investigation. A.D. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused till date and he is only required for the purpose of enquiry, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police for a period of one week from 23.12.2024 to 30.12.2024 at 10:30 a.m. 3.

During the enquiry, the respondent police shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner.
