This Writ Petition has been filed for the following relief: "To issue a writ of a mandamus to the 1st respondent herein to enquire into the petitioner's complaint / representation dated 25.04.2024 as to the fraudulent mutation of the revenue records in the name of Pazhani and Manohar, 3rd and 4th respondents pertaining to the land in Survey No.43/3 measuring an extent of 2.67 acres at Paivalasa Village R.K.Pett Taluk, Tiruvallur District and if it is found to be true, cancel the same and restore the revenue records in the name of deceased landowner namely Allichinappa reddy and include his legal heirs as joint patta holder within a stipulated time. 2/2

2. It is informed that pending the writ petition, the 1st respondent has passed an order on the petitioner's representation.

3. In view of the above, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
