ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28362 of 2024, dated 27.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Orleanpet Police Station, Puducherry, daily at 10.30 am, except on Sundays. On Sundays, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police station at 10.30. a.m. until until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 28362 of 2024, dated 27.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
