2. The applicant and the respondent jointly submit that they have entered into a compromise and are willing to withdraw the same.
3. Recording the same, both O.A.No.963 of 2024 and Arb.O.P.No.490 of 2024 are dismissed as withdrawn. 2/5
4. In pursuance of the settlement between the parties regarding the joint memo of compromise shall part and parcel of the award.

6. The learned counsel for the applicant is entitled to refund the excess court fee if any, as per the rules.
