ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 2 nd respondent to dispose the representation dated 04.09.2025. 2.Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the nd representation dated 04.09.2025 made by the petitioner before the 2 respondent, seeking to remove the entry of Thadangal Manu bearing No.70/2020 has not been considered so far.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 04.09.2025 will be considered within a period of four weeks.

5.Considering the submissions made by both the parties and in view of the limited prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, without going into the merits nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's of the case, this Court directs the 2 representation dated 04.09.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
