This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the speedy disposal of O.S.No.349 of 2023, which is pending before the learned Subordinate Court, Pollachi.

2.Taking into account the communication received from the learned Subordinate Judge, Pollachi, and considering that C.R.P. No. 411 of 2025 is pending, the request for early disposal of O.S. No. 349 of 2023 cannot be considered at this stage.
