This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.25523 of 2024 on 18.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai - 104, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further order, without fail.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.25523 of 2024 on 18.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai - 104 on first and third Saturdays of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
