ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.22259 of 2024 dated 10.09.2024. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 44 days. He would further submit that the next hearing date of the case in S.C.No.188 of 2024 is on 19.12.2024.
