2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the 1st petitioner is the Senior citizen and due to lack of communication, he is unable to get certified copy in time, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
