ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 3, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. No.7177 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6742 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month, i.e., on first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 3, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P. No.7177 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.6742 of 2024, dated 29.04.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi on 06.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 4.
