ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in 7(a) that "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10.30a.m. until further orders, without fail" in Crl.O.P.No.23840 of 2024 Page No.1 of 4

and the same was ordered on 30.09.2024 with one of the condition in SC.No.109 of 2024 on the file of District and Sessions Judge, Nagappattinam in Crime No.40 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagappattinam on 06.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagappattinam on 06.01.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23840 of 2024 on 30.09.2024 is modified.
