Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original proceedings issued by the third respondent dated 18.11.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned communication' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original impugned communication is not readily available with the petitioner at the time of filing of this writ petition but photocopy of the impugned communication is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. 3.
