Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, it is just and necessary to suo motu implead the Registrar of Co-operative Societies as the second respondent in the Writ Petition.

2. Therefore, the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, No. 170, E.V.R. Periyar High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600 010 is suo impleaded as the second respondent in the Writ Petition.

3. Mrs.M.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the newly impleaded second respondent.
