2.Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent/petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Official respondents would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present petition.
3.Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the present petition is allowed.
4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the writ petition and list the same after four weeks for filing counter.
