Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent/state submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17278 of 2025, dated 24.06.2025 with certain conditions, the same were complied with by him regularly. Subsequently, the petitioner has filed Crl.M.P.No.15315 of 2025 seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17278 of 2025, dated 12.08.2025 and the same had been complied with by the petitioner regularly. Now, the present petition filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.18980 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17278 of 2025 and the same had been complied with by the petitioner regularly. 2.In view of the above submission made by him, in all the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 17278 of 2025 are relaxed in toto.
