Considering the submissions of the learned counsel on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29378 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallur, on all working days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
