ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 184 days in preferring the above CMA.SR.No.170434 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant(s) and learned counsel for the respondent(s) and perused the material available in the record.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents, 1 and 3 to 6 have raised objections.

4. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels, on both sides, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.

5. The petitioner / appellant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and Rs.1,500/- (Rupees one thousand five hundred only) to the learned counsel for the respondents 3 to 6, on or before 25.08.2025. On such payment, the delay of 184 days in preferring the above CMA.SR.No.170434 of 2024, stands condoned.

6. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed. 2\4
