ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's both parents were died. Hence, the petitioner was not able to produce the blood surety.

2. The reason assigned by the petitioner is satisfactory. Hence, the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two normal sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
