(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 22.04.2023 made in W.P.No.12213 of 2016.

2. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.R.Satyanarayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with and to that effect, the Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Puducherry Division, has passed orders on 06.06.025 and in support of his contention, he has produced copies of the said order also.
